Thirty days to take back control.
A 30-day standard reset for founders whose business is winning — but the rest of life is slipping.
You already know how to hold a standard. You do it every day at work. Uncommon 30 puts that same standard back across the whole of your life — four promises, kept daily, scored and witnessed, for thirty days.
Training became optional. Sleep became a variable. Friendships moved to a list you never get to.
Nothing failed. You applied your highest standard in one place and let the rest become negotiable.
Self-trust you can evidence — thirty days of kept promises with your name on them.
One reset. Not four programmes.
Thirty days will not rebuild your mindset, body, relationships and finances. It will restore the standard you hold yourself to — and that changes what the next twelve months are capable of.
What this is
A single 30-day standard reset, run as a cohort.
Four daily promises across mind, body, social and wealth — the mechanism and the evidence.
A difficulty you set at your own starting point, with an integrity standard that is the same for everyone.
A record at the end that is yours, public if you choose it.
What this is not
Not four coaching programmes compressed into a month.
Not a promise to transform your body, marriage and finances in thirty days.
Not a bootcamp you survive and then abandon.
Not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
Four promises. Every day.
The domains are not four headline outcomes. Each one does a specific job, and the four together are what make the standard hold.

A day, kept.
Mark the four promises to see how a day is scored. Nothing is averaged away — a day is either kept to the standard or it is not.

Evidence with your name on it.
Every cohort carries a code. Every completion carries a record — dates, scores, the promises you kept and the ones you missed. Share it publicly or keep it to yourself. Either way it exists, and it is not a feeling.
A daily score, kept honestly, visible to your cohort.
A completion record carrying your cohort code.
A standing invitation into The Vault when the thirty days end.
Thirty days is short. It is not easy.
This is for you if
Your business is working and you are quietly not.
You have kept hard standards before and know what it costs.
You want proof, not encouragement.
You can give the four promises real time every day for a month.
Wait for a later cohort if
You are in the middle of a raise, a move or a crisis month.
You are looking for a coach to carry the decisions.
You want the outcome without the daily record.
You need clinical support first. Start there, then come back.
Everyone starts on the same day.
Applications are read by a person. You will be asked what is slipping, what you have kept before, and what you intend to hold for thirty days.
Uncommon 30 is education and self-directed practice. It is not medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice.
Ten minutes to complete. You will hear back either way.

How much time does this actually take? +
Around two hours a day once the social and wealth promises are scheduled properly. Most of it replaces something you were already doing badly.
What if I miss a day? +
You record it honestly and keep going. The record is the point — a missed day that is logged is worth more than a perfect month you quietly edited.
Can I set the difficulty myself? +
Yes. You define the training plan, the food standard, the connection commitment and the income target at your own starting point. What is fixed is that you keep them.
Does my score have to be public? +
Visible to your cohort, yes. Public beyond it, only if you choose to publish your record.
What happens on day 31? +
You keep your record and decide what carries forward. Most people continue inside The Vault, where the standard stays live and monthly challenges keep it honest.
